Cancellation Policy:

• Since every set is created just for you, we kindly enforce a strict cancellation policy.
• Orders may ONLY be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
• If you'd like to adjust your order, please get in touch within 24 hours of purchase.
• After 24 hours, your order will begin processing & cannot be cancelled.

Sizing Policy:

• It is highly recommended to purchase a one-time sizing kit to record your nail sizes for all future purchases.
• As you place an order, enter your nail sizes in the designated section when prompted. Please double-check your sizing & order details PRIOR to placing an order. Also, be sure to keep a record of sizes for future orders, or for your convenience, send recorded sizes via email or DM to keep on file.
• Sizing accuracy is the client's responsibility.
• We are not held liable for incorrect measurements provided by clients.
  

Policy Changes:

• We reserve the right to update or change any of these terms at any time without prior notice. Be sure to check back occasionally for any updates or changes.
• By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Payment Disputes & Chargeback Policy:

• Please contact us first if there are any issues with your order. Filing a chargeback without reaching out to us first violates our shop policy.
• If you believe something is wrong with your order, please email us at CinsationalNails@outlook.com (within 7 days of receiving your order) so that we can make it right!
• We keep records of all orders. Any unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with supporting documentation, including proof of delivery & order details.
• By completing a purchase, you acknowledge & accept this Chargeback Policy.

Product Use:

• Our handmade press-ons are for personal use only. Resale or redistribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
