Processing Time:

• Current processing time may take up to 1-2 weeks (5-10 business days).
• Production & shipping times are subject to order volume & demand.
• Business days are Monday-Friday. Weekends & holidays are NOT included.
• Order processing begins 24 hours AFTER purchase, providing a window for cancellations or modifications.

Shipping:

• Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days AFTER processing time.
• Responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier upon shipment. We are not responsible for: delays or issues during transit, lost or stolen packages, or errors in the shipping address provided at checkout.
